Advance Payment
The advance amount paid at the time of reservation is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Guests may reschedule their reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling is allowed only once. The new booking date must fall within 60 days from the initial check-in date.
Tariff changes, if applicable, will be charged based on the rates valid for the new dates.
Refunds will only be processed in the unlikely event that a check-in is cancelled due to technical issues on the company’s end.
Please note, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations arising from unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, hartals, or government-imposed lockdowns.
